90 % of the doors have height below 2.5 mt. so light duty, single phase is used.
If height is above 3 mt., Heavy Duty, Three phase is used.
2. For door width more than 5’, multiple Air Curtain (of std. Length) be used.
e.g. For 6’ wide door, 2 nos. of 3’ long Air Curtain be installed.
For 2 mt. wide door, 2 nos. of 1 mt. long Air Curtain be installed.
3. Basically used to prevent mixing of 2 different atmospheres on 2 sides of a door. So in AC/dust free area, hot, dusty out side air will not enter even if the door is open.
