Technical Cordinator is for people who love to help. It is a customer facing job, where you get to talk to clients and help them with solutions for their requirements. From Installation to Service Requests, all of is the responsibility of Technical Department, where all interactions are through the technical coordinator. It is a very fun position if you like to solve problems and are patient. You will also be the point of contact for every engineer in the company and will help them with the information they need from clients and vendors respectively. Lastly, you will be coordinating with other departments in the company for scheduling of engineers, payments & so on.

Below is a list of tasks directly under your responsibility.

3. Installation Scheduling & Support
- From Pre installation (Requision) to Post installation (WC Emails)
4. Engineer Scheduling - For all types of services.
5. AMC Management (From quote to every month execution).
6. Sub contractors for Service & Installation
7.Store Co-ordination
8. Co-ordination with principle
9. Online Support
10. Data Bank ( CP Installation, Principal Tech Support)
11. Demo Material Arrangement
12.Audit

Remuneration: ₹14,000 – ₹19,000 - deduction per month

KTI is a growing brand and we continue to explore and improve our supply chain capabilities. We have our own in-house ERP that is central to every transaction. All material in & outs are recorded in the system, which is one of the primary responsibilities of the executive.
Other responsibilities include:
- Making Receptions (GRN) for material received from Vendors against PO.
- Storing the material in proper warehouses
- Maintaining records for in-house material.
- Frequent material audits to ensure & enforce in-stock material management policies.
- Shipments for material against orders from clients.
- Tracking of material while it is on the way to clients.
- Escalation of delayed shipments.
- Packing management throughout the process.
- Packing material management.
- Cash management when giving to Rickshaw/Tempo/Porter, etc for material movement.
- Management of manpower working the warehouse and scheduling them.
- Amazon order shipments management.
- Amazon orders in ERP.

Remuneration: ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 - deduction per month

Customer Support Engineer is a role for engineers keen on joining the fieldwork. You will be a member of a fast-paced team. A place where you will probably learn many new products, you will also be required to grasp them all at a very fast pace. If you are a person who likes to carry a screwdriver in your pocket, this is a perfect job for you.
We work in Safety, Security & Automation solutions. As a member of the customer support team, you will be required to understand these products, how they work, and their troubleshooting, maintenance & repairing functions work. You get to learn about hardware & software both as many of the products we use have both interfaces and thus require you to dive deep on both fronts. We don't care much about your degree, you can be 10th fail for all we care as long as you are eager to learn.
Just another small detail - we don't work on the PCB level, we work on the component level. This means, if the PCB is not functioning, we replace the PCB and don't try to repair the PCB instead.

Knowing how to use technology to solve problems is going to be most important for your success in this position. Most answers are available online or with someone or the other person in the office. You need to be able to find answers for the questions you don't know answer to. Ecommerce Executive at KT Automation Pvt Ltd is an opportunity to create an immersive experience for our industrial & corporate clients. It is not just listing everyday products for the customer on an existing e-commerce platform, it is much more. 
A quick overview: 
There are three platforms for ecommerce that we work on:
1. Indigenous https://ktindia.net portal designed for B2B ecommerce Experience. This is still being developed as an ecommerce platform, so you will see many things that keep on changing. For this platform, the work would include data entries to some extent as we still need products on the page to make the page more and more useful for the customer. You would be on the ground floor of this platform-building exercise (we are not just a company trying to launch an ecommerce site, we know what our industry needs and that is what we are building! It is exciting and innovative). 

2. Amazon - While your base on this platform needs to be strong (Listing, Advertisement & Analytics + Expense/accounting knowledge about Amazon), additional knowledge about the SellerFlex program and other programs that Amazon runs is a plus. While if you know about Amazon APIs then it is a big bonus. (If you can run APIs between Amazon & our ERP system, you might have a direct shot at this opportunity). 

3. Google Merchant Center - This is new for us too, but the platform has proven to bring in just as many visitors as organic search but with buying intent.
