:- Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) -:
1. Our trained and certified engineer will come and check your fully system.
2. Whatever time of your AMC (eg. every month in 1 or 2 months 1 or 3 months 1 or 1 in 6 months) in that month our engineers will reach you on your confirmation date and check all system .
3. The advantage of Comprehensive AMC will be that the entire responsibility of your system will remain with our company KT Automation India such as the responsibility of product repairing, the cost of product repairing and the responsibility of keeping your system UPTODATE all time .
4.The cost of cable and cabel laying will be separately in Comprehensive AMC.
5. After examining your system in a comprehensive AMC, you will be given a service report by our trained engineers. At the same time, you will also be shown a check list which will remain for our office, but if you want to keep it, you can also keep it.
6. With Comprehensive AMC, if you required help regarding system issue then you will be given free online support from 9 AM to 5 PM.
