System Compatibility, Network Integration, and Hardware Interfacing

The ZKTeco ZKX5030A Single-energy Compact X-ray Inspection System is engineered for seamless deployment within centralized checkpoint security infrastructures. Network communication is handled through an integrated RJ45 interface operating over standard TCP/IP protocols. This native network connectivity enables real-time synchronization, threat telemetry reporting, and remote management through the centralized ZKBio SIS security management platform.

Workstation Architecture & Peripheral Compatibility

The core computational subsystem of the ZKX5030A operates on a dedicated Windows 10 platform driven by an Intel N100 processor, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB SSD for OS operations, and a 2 TB HDD capable of archiving up to 200,000 continuous X-ray scan images. The workstation interfaces directly with standard visual and input peripherals:

  • Display Output: Direct VGA interface supporting the included 21.5-inch Full HD (1920×1080 resolution) color LED display monitor.
  • Input Interface: Standard USB receiver interface supporting the included wireless keyboard and mouse set; when powering the input peripherals, standard batteries (they are not included) are required for operation.
  • Administrative Access: Factory administrative control access via internal authentication protocols (default user: 9999) with full configuration rights for Threat Image Projection (TIP), Density Threshold Alert (DTA), and self-diagnosis maintenance suites.

Optional Hardware Add-On Modules & Subsystem Linkages

To support diverse operational workflows in commercial facilities, transit checkpoints, and event venues, the ZKX5030A supports seamless integration with specialized modular hardware extensions:

  • Dedicated Control Consoles: Native hardware compatibility with an optional dedicated professional keyboard console and specialized single-screen console configurations for rapid operator image manipulation.
  • Surveillance & Passenger Linkage: Direct integration capability with external video surveillance linkage systems and passenger-package linkage setups for combined visual tracking.
  • Cargo Measurement: Support for optional inline electrical weighing systems to verify parcel weight against manifest data during conveyor transport.
  • Facility & Environmental Modules: Compatible with integrated ultrasonic rat repellent systems to protect internal electronics in prolonged storage or field environments.

Dimensional, Material, and Electrical Compatibility

The unit features a 500 mm (W) × 300 mm (H) inspection tunnel designed to accommodate briefcases, carry-on luggage, courier packages, and backpacks. The motorized conveyor operates at a stable speed of 0.20 m/s with an evenly distributed load capacity of up to 120 kg at a belt elevation of 650 mm.

For electrical infrastructure integration, the system utilizes a universal power input compatible with 220 VAC (±10%) or 110 VAC (±10%) at 50/60 Hz single-phase lines, with an energy-efficient power draw under 300 W. Radiation shielding maintains leakage below 0.3 μSv/h at 10 cm from external surfaces, ensuring compliance with international cabinet X-ray standards while maintaining 100% safety for high-speed photographic media under ASA/ISO 1600 film standards.
