The ZKTeco HBL400 Wi-Fi Multi-Biometric Smart Digital Door Lock is engineered for seamless integration across commercial, executive, and high-security residential access control frameworks. Door Profile and Mechanical Mortise Compatibility

The lock assembly is engineered for installation on standard wooden and metal architectural doors. It supports leaf thicknesses ranging from 45 mm to 60 mm (customizable to project-specific requirements). Its fully automatic electronic mortise drive mechanism autonomously extends and retracts locking bolts upon valid authentication or system triggers, eliminating manual handle engagement.

Network Infrastructure and Cloud Ecosystem Compatibility

The HBL400 features an onboard IEEE 802.11b/g/n wireless communication module operating on standard 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi bands. It establishes a direct wireless link to local access points without requiring auxiliary proprietary hardware gateways.

For remote facility management, the lock integrates with both the ZSmart App and USmart Go IoT platforms. This mobile compatibility enables security personnel and property managers to receive live doorbell video notifications, review 6-month access event logs, transmit remote unlock triggers, manage temporary access codes, and monitor instant wrong-password alerts from any remote location.

Credential and Identity Format Support

The system accommodates multiple distinct credential types, allowing diverse multi-factor authentication workflows:

  • 3D Structured Light Facial Recognition: Supports up to 50 facial templates with an induction range of 50 cm to 100 cm and high-speed matching (≤ 1.25 s).
  • Capacitive Fingerprint Sensor: Stores up to 100 fingerprint credentials for fast biometric validation.
  • RFID Proximity Cards: Compatible with 13.56 MHz IC S50 RFID smart cards and fobs (up to 50 card templates).
  • PIN/Password Interface: Supports up to 50 user passcodes with random/virtual passcode masking to prevent key-peeping, plus up to 5 dedicated administrator profiles.
