FAQ

What door hardware, card technologies, and software platforms are compatible with the AiFace-Arion?

Answer:
The terminal integrates directly with electromagnetic locks, electric strikes, door sensors, exit request buttons, and alarm outputs via onboard relays and Wiegand input/output ports. It supports 125 kHz Proximity, HID Prox, HID iClass, optional 13.56 MHz Mifare credentials, and connects to eSSL eTimetracklite and ebioServer software.

The AiFace-Arion is architected for seamless integration into multi-vendor physical security and workforce attendance systems:

  • Lock & Access Peripherals: Onboard relay connections support electromagnetic locks, electric strike/drop bolts, door position monitoring switches, physical exit request push buttons, and external alarm triggering circuits.
  • System Connectivity: Communicates via hardwired TCP/IP Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and RS485 interfaces. Both Wiegand Input and Wiegand Output ports are included to interface with master access panels or external slave readers.
  • Credential Compatibility: Multi-frequency RFID hardware accepts standard 125 kHz Proximity cards, HID Prox, HID iClass smart cards, and optional 13.56 MHz Mifare IC cards.
  • Software Platforms: Native bidirectional data synchronization with official eSSL enterprise platforms, including eTimetracklite and ebioServer desktop/cloud software suites.
