The Brosis BI-3RD EYE model (KT reference KTI0400200UVS2D) is an industrial, embedded 2D single area scan Under Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS) engineered for high-security checkpoints. The physical roadway unit is fabricated from structural steel surfaced with an anti-skid top plate, rated for a 50-ton mechanical load capacity and verified through testing up to 45 tons by a NABL-accredited testing laboratory. The complete system shipping weight is listed at 180 kg.
Undercarriage imaging is driven by an area-scan CCD/CMOS color sensor producing a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 over a GigE interface, illuminated by an integrated super-bright white LED array. The optical sensor and illumination enclosure carry an IP68 ingress protection rating to resist submersion and environmental dust ingress during roadway deployment. The scanning assembly operates in ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +75°C.
Control and processing are managed on a Windows-based workstation configured with an Intel Core i7 or higher processor, 16 GB RAM, and a 2 TB solid-state drive (SSD). Mains power input is standard single-phase 230 VAC ± 10% at 50/60 Hz.
