To process, render, and catalog multi-angle vehicle transactions without latency, the system requires a host configuration powered by an Intel Core i7 or better processor, a minimum of 16 GB RAM, and a high-capacity 2 TB SSD storage drive. The proprietary workstation software suite incorporates advanced digital inspection tools, including Contours Extraction, Negative color inversion, and Equalization for dark spot homogenization across captured surfaces.

For cross-reference verification, the platform features an Automatic Comparison tool that compares the live undercarriage composite against historical baseline imagery stored within the database. The software detects structural changes or foreign anomalies, outlining discrepancies in red rings and triggering a synchronized audio alarm. Navigation and operator interaction support an optional multi-language Graphic User Interface (GUI), accommodating multi-regional operational personnel.

Electrical and Power Architecture Compatibility

The BI-3RD EYE system operates on standard facility mains electricity, accommodating wide electrical tolerances across industrial and critical infrastructure facilities:

Activation is handled via roadway-embedded inductive loop sensors that automatically initiate visual capture when a vehicle enters the scanning zone.

The embedded scanning unit is manufactured from structural steel with an anti-skid top surface plate designed for flush in-road installation. The unit possesses a structural load-bearing capacity rated at 50 Tons (load tested up to 45 tons by a NABL accredited laboratory). The scanning camera and LED housing are sealed to an IP68 ingress protection standard, supporting continuous field operation in ambient temperatures from -20°C to +75°C. To maintain optical transparency in severe mud, sand, or road debris conditions, the system supports an optional automatic cleaning system.
