Industrial and High-Security Application Profiles

Government, Military, and Critical Infrastructure Access Control

The Brosis BI-3RD EYE 2D Under Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS) is engineered for primary security perimeters at government facilities, defense installations, military checkpoints, and critical national infrastructure. These installations require non-intrusive, bidirectional inspection of vehicle undercarriages to intercept concealed contraband, explosive devices, unauthorized modifications, and weapons. As vehicles drive across the flush-mounted embedded unit, inductive loop sensors trigger high-speed scanning automatically. The system eliminates manual mirror inspections, keeping security personnel protected inside a checkpoint booth while reviewing high-resolution undercarriage imagery.

Airports, Border Crossings, and Cross-Jurisdictional Checkpoints

Border entry gates, aviation perimeters, and maritime port facilities handle diverse regional transit where fast vehicle identification is essential. The integrated License Plate Reader (LPR) camera operates an optical character recognition engine configured to read and log registration plates from all GCC member states, Bangladesh, and India. Each vehicle event generates an auditable record combining the 1920 x 1200 color area scan undercarriage composite, the 1920 x 1080 LPR record, the exterior vehicle scene capture, and driver/passenger facial images captured via the dedicated 2 MP IP67 driver camera with its motorized 2.7 mm to 13.5 mm autofocus zoom lens.

Heavy Industrial Plants, Logistics Hubs, and Commercial Yards

Freight distribution centers, chemical processing plants, refineries, and mining facilities manage continuous heavy commercial traffic. The BI-3RD EYE scanning chassis is fabricated from structural steel with an anti-skid top plate, delivering a 50-ton structural load-bearing capacity that is laboratory-tested up to 45 tons by a NABL-accredited facility. This structural integrity allows unhindered screening of fully laden multi-axle trucks, articulated haulers, tankers, and cargo vehicles without lane deflection or optical misalignment.

Automated Facility Access and Traffic Interlocking Workflows

The BI-3RD EYE integrates directly into physical perimeter security barriers to automate gate authorization cycles. Checkpoint engineers can interface the system with existing lane equipment:

  • Vehicle Access Barriers: Direct digital control outputs integrate with boom barriers, hydraulic bollards, tyre killers, and surface or shallow-mount road blockers.
  • Visual Signage Control: Synchronized signalling with red/green traffic lights directs driver approach, scanning pacing, and clearance departure.
  • Automated Comparison Alerts: Workstation software automatically compares the live scanned undercarriage against historical captures of the same vehicle stored on the 2 TB SSD, marking detected anomalies in red visual rings accompanied by an audible alarm to halt barrier opening.

Harsh Environmental and Extreme Temperature Environments

Rated for operational temperatures from -20°C to +75°C, the system accommodates installation in extreme climates, including high-heat desert zones and sub-zero industrial environments. The scanning camera and super-bright white LED illumination array are sealed within an IP68-rated housing to prevent water immersion failure during heavy rain or roadway washdowns. Facilities subject to airborne particulate accumulation, such as cement terminals or dusty perimeter gates, can deploy the optional automatic cleaning system to maintain clear optical window visibility without manual lane shutdowns.
