Calls are stored from the 1st place(top left)-
2nd place(top right)-
3rd place(bottom right)... from 4th calls are
hidden in order(till 47 calls).

If cancel button is pressed from Call Point, the
responding call is deleted regardless of the
order of the call

If Cancel Only button is pressed, the 1st call is
deleted, then 2nd call display takes the place
of the 1st call, 3rd call display takes the place
of the 2nd call and hidden 4th call takes the
place of the 3rd call.
