The SOLT SM323JC (SM3-23 Call & Cancel series) wireless receiver display indicator panel operates on a 433 MHz band utilizing FSK (Frequency-Shift Keying) modulation for 360-degree omnidirectional signal reception. The receiver's internal processing architecture supports registration of up to 1,000 wireless call bell or transmitter IDs, allowing extensive multi-zone device pairing across facility operations.

For optimal wireless signal reception and to prevent architectural RF attenuation, the receiver display must be installed using its dedicated wall-mount bracket fixture positioned at least 20 cm below ceiling height. RF coverage can be deployed across single-level floors or multi-zone environments without hardwired cabling runs between calling points and the receiver indicator panel.

Compatible SOLT Calling Transmitters and Call Points

The SM323JC is engineered to integrate natively across the SOLT calling ecosystem, receiving signals from standard and multi-function calling points deployed in hospitality, office automation, and clinical healthcare environments:

• SOLT Calling Buttons (SB Series): Fully compatible with SOLT SB6, SB7, and SB9 wireless call and call/cancel buttons. Where wireless transmitter buttons operate using autonomous internal cells or batteries (they are not included), direct RF signaling connects instantaneously to the central receiver.
• Multi-Button Stations: Supports SOLT MTJ multi-button panels, enabling multi-service requests from single operating locations such as executive boardrooms, restaurant service stations, and industrial counters.
• Emergency Healthcare Units: Integrates with SOLT emergency pull cord washroom call stations (including model SLTPC / KTI0401200SLTPC) for accessible restrooms, clinical patient rooms, and assisted nursing environments.

Cancellation Hardware and Queue Logic Compatibility

The SM323JC display panel features dual-mode call deletion compatibility, processing cancellation signals based on the specific type of actuation device triggered:

• Dedicated Call Point Cancel Buttons: When a cancel transmission is initiated directly from an associated Call Point transmitter, the specific responding call ID is removed immediately from the display register, regardless of its position in the queue.
• Cancel Only Buttons: When a remote Cancel Only station is actuated, the receiver automatically executes a sequential FIFO (First-In, First-Out) queue shift. The 1st active call on the top-left FND display is cleared, advancing the 2nd queued call into the 1st position, the 3rd call into the 2nd position, and bringing the 4th hidden queued call from memory into the active 3rd display spot. The internal memory maintains up to 47 sequential hidden calls behind the 3 primary visible positions.

Range Extension and Repeater Integration

For large-scale campus networks, structural healthcare facilities, and multi-floor commercial complexes where transmitter distances exceed direct open-air RF thresholds, the SM323JC is fully interoperable with SOLT SR5-BPR signal boost RF repeaters. Multiple repeaters can be integrated into the 433 MHz FSK topology to bridge concrete walls, structural floors, and dead zones without signal packet loss.

Electrical Power Compatibility

The receiver operates via an external AC/DC utility adapter accepting AC 110–240V utility input and delivering DC 12V (1A to 1.5A) direct operating power. System deployment requires access to a standard electrical utility outlet adjacent to the wall-bracket mounting position.
