A technical coordinator is expected to understand the importance of support to clients as well as the staff members. Everyone that you encounter is going to have problems, your compassion & attitude are going to guide their problems into a resolution or a bigger problem, which one will it be?

Technical coordinators are going to work in the technical department. Assisting support engineers in their schedules and taking on client service requests. This would also include coordinating with vendors for repairings and spare parts. Client work would also include sending quotations for repairing/amcs/chargeable services, making sales order, and coordinating invoices and payments with clients. We have a team of 6 engineers that you would be looking after.

You must have experience in handling Amazon Seller Account & Gem for atleast 1 years. If you have handled a Seller Flex Site, that is a plus and will be considered a positive in this application. The biggest boost for any applicant would be being able to accurately pinpoint on the profitability of the Amazon Operations.
