SOLT Wireless Transmitter Series Compatibility
The SOLT SM3-33PC multi-call wireless receiver display monitor is engineered to integrate natively across the full ecosystem of SOLT wireless calling hardware. The receiver is fully compatible with both 1-key standard call units and 2-key Call/Cancel transmitter models, including the SOLT SB3, SB5, SB6, SB7, and SB9 series calling buttons. Up to 1,000 unique bell or transmitter IDs can be registered into a single SM3-33PC receiver unit, accommodating expansive multi-station layouts in hospitals, clinics, nursing wards, hospitality dispatch points, and factory floor workstations.
Transmitter registration is executed wirelessly over-the-air directly at the receiver console without physical patch cabling or manual hardware addressing. The SM3-33PC firmware architecture supports individual bell ID pairing, rapid consecutive bell ID auto-registration sequences, and comprehensive bulk bell ID deletion commands.
RF Frequency, Modulation, and Range Extension Compatibility
To ensure robust signal capture in RF-dense commercial and clinical environments, the SM3-33PC operates within the 400 MHz / 434 MHz frequency band utilizing Frequency-shift keying (FSK) wireless modulation. FSK signal modulation provides exceptional protection against radio frequency interference, maintaining dependable reception over operational ranges up to 100 meters. Omnidirectional 360-degree RF signal capture is facilitated via the unit's external dipole antenna.
For architectural installations that encompass multiple floors, thick structural concrete barriers, or heavy metal shielding, the SM3-33PC is fully compatible with SOLT RF signal repeaters. These intermediate wireless repeaters capture incoming transmissions from peripheral calling buttons and retransmit the FSK signal packets to the SM3-33PC display without requiring physical data wiring.
Call Cancellation Logic and Memory Queue Interoperability
The SM3-33PC is designed with an integrated 3x3 FND (Flexible Numeric Display) screen capable of presenting 3 concurrent call locations, each rendered with up to 3 digits. The internal memory buffer manages up to 20 calls in an active queue, displaying the first 3 active call locations simultaneously while automatically rotating queued alerts through the rolling display buffer. The alphanumeric display logic natively supports numeric digits from 0 to 9 across all three positions as well as English alphabetic characters rendered via standard 7-segment representation.
The SM3-33PC offers full protocol interoperability with 2-key Call/Cancel transmitters. When an attendant presses the dedicated cancel button at a remote call point, the receiver processes the cancellation transmission immediately and purges that specific transmitter ID from the 20-call buffer, regardless of whether the call is actively presented on screen or held in the pending display queue.
Power Architecture and Peripheral Power Compatibility
The SM3-33PC operates on a rated input voltage of DC 12V with a working current of 10mA, drawing continuous utility power via an external AC 110–240V to DC 12V 1A power adapter. When pairing the display monitor with peripheral 2-key wireless call buttons requiring 23A-12V batteries (they are not included), the low-current transmission circuit delivers extended field operation without compromising wireless range.
