Industrial and Security Deployment Use Cases

The CP PLUS CP-EBC-4413 4MP Body Worn Camera is engineered for evidentiary surveillance, personnel accountability, and mobile monitoring across law enforcement agencies, private guarding details, and industrial field environments. With an ultra-compact footprint of 84mm x 56mm x 27mm, a lightweight mass of 118g, and an included chest clip, the camera integrates seamlessly into professional uniform apparel and utility vests without hindering physical agility.

Law Enforcement and Frontline Evidence Capture

During sudden confrontations or roadside enforcement, rapid activation and secure chain-of-custody documentation are imperative. The CP-EBC-4413 features dedicated one-touch recording that launches system power and begins capture in approximately 3 seconds via the REC button. To secure complete situational context before and after high-risk encounters, the unit supports up to 60 seconds of pre-recording and configurable post-recording ranging from 5 seconds to 10 minutes.

Video is captured in resolutions up to 2560 x 1440 (with options for 2304 x 1296, 1920 x 1080, 1280 x 720, and 848 x 480) in H.264 MOV format alongside dual PCM (128k) and WAV audio. To prevent dispute in judicial proceedings, every video file and still photograph (interpolated up to 58 Mega in JPEG) contains a fixed watermark overlay displaying the Date, Time, and User ID.

Private Security and Guard Tour Verification

Private security personnel and patrol officers safeguarding logistics yards, corporate facilities, and commercial perimeters rely on the camera to document gate checks, visitor disputes, and regular patrols. The 120-degree wide angle lens provides broad optical coverage to register complete spatial dynamics in narrow corridors and entry gates.

Operational status is communicated clearly to the wearer through tactile and acoustic alerts, including voice broadcast, beeps, vibration alerts, key tones, and hourly reports. Visual status LEDs distinctly indicate active recording states: Video (red), Audio (yellow), Standby (green), Charging (red), and Fully Charged (green). Field supervisors can instantly verify collected files directly on the integrated 2.0-inch color screen using local playback controls, or offload footage to administrative computers via Mini USB 2.0 utilizing U-disk mode and the bundled client software CD.

Night Patrols and Low-Visibility Incident Response

For nighttime perimeter surveillance and low-light property inspections, the CP-EBC-4413 integrates targeted illumination tools suited for dark industrial zones:

  • Infrared Night Vision: Operates up to 10 meters with automatic or manual IR cut switching, revealing subjects in zero ambient light.
  • Auxiliary Red/Blue Flash: Functions as an active visual warning beacon to de-escalate confrontations or signal personnel location.
  • Integrated White Light: Provides forward illumination for reading credentials, inspecting locks, or navigating dark pathways.
  • Motion Detection Recording: Automatically triggers capture upon detecting movement within the field of view during stationary surveillance.

Prolonged Industrial Audits in Harsh Environments

Plant safety managers and industrial compliance auditors often conduct extended inspections in harsh ambient conditions. The camera's casing is rated IP67 weatherproof, offering dust-tight defense against airborne particles and protection against heavy seas and powerful water jets, backed by 2-meter drop resistance and an operational temperature threshold of -10°C to +60°C.

To support full-shift deployment schedules without interruption, the device is powered by a 2700mAh battery (they are not included) that delivers approximately 12 hours of continuous recording at 720P, 11 hours at 1080P, and up to 240 hours of standby time, with a recharge cycle of approximately 3.5 hours. Standard storage is provisioned via a 32GB Micro SD card (expandable up to 512GB), augmented by automatic loop overwrite to ensure continuous recording continuity if storage capacity is exhausted during critical operations.
