The Ahuja AWM-700U2 dual-channel UHF wireless microphone system is engineered for seamless audio, electrical, and mechanical integration across commercial public address (PA) systems, institutional sound reinforcements, conference rooms, auditoriums, and stage presentation setups. Designed around standard analog audio interfacing and established UHF frequency bands, the system interconnects directly with diverse mixing consoles, power amplifiers, signal processors, and active loudspeakers.

Audio Output Interfacing & Console Connectivity

The tabletop receiver provides two distinct output formats to match professional balanced line-level inputs as well as unbalanced auxiliary or microphone inputs across commercial sound gear:

  • Discrete Balanced Audio Outputs: Equipped with separate 3-pin balanced XLR output jacks for Channel A and Channel B. Each balanced port delivers a nominal signal level of 0 dBu, allowing sound engineers to route each dynamic microphone to individual mixer channels for discrete equalization, gain staging, dynamic processing, and independent level management.
  • Combined Unbalanced Mixed Output: Features a single 6.35 mm (1/4-inch) phone jack delivering a combined mono mix of both channels at a nominal output level of -10 dBu. This interface simplifies connectivity to single-input PA booster amplifiers, integrated mixer-amplifiers, portable PA units, or auxiliary line-level audio inputs without requiring external summing hardware.
  • Front-Panel Level Calibration: Dedicated rotary volume controls for Channel A and Channel B permit precise output trimming on the receiver faceplate, preventing input stage clipping and matching input sensitivities across downstream audio hardware.

RF Carrier Spectrum & Wireless Frequency Compatibility

The AWM-700U2 operates across the UHF frequency range of 630 MHz to 664 MHz using FM modulation. The system is factory-configured into eight distinct frequency pairs, ensuring stable dual-channel operation without mutual cross-channel interference. Each handheld dynamic transmitter radiates an RF output power of 10 mW (maximum) with a frequency stability rating of ±0.005%, ensuring reliable carrier lock with the receiver's dedicated Channel A and Channel B RF detection circuits across line-of-sight installation distances.

Electrical & Power Supply Interoperability

The system components integrate into standard commercial electrical infrastructures and battery configurations:

  • Receiver Power Requirement: The stationary tabletop receiver operates on 12V DC input power, supplied via the included external 220V–240V AC 50Hz power adapter.
  • Transmitter Power Requirement: Each handheld transmitter operates on 3V DC, drawing power from 2 × 1.5V AA pencil cells (they are not included). The handheld circuitry maintains an operational current consumption of less than 150 mA for extended performance duration.
