The ZKTeco TS2000 Plus Series bridge-type tripod turnstile is engineered with an adaptable motherboard architecture designed for seamless integration into multi-vendor industrial and enterprise access management ecosystems. Featuring versatile physical mounting provisions, dedicated communication ports, and open dry-contact relay interfacing, the TS2000 Plus pairs with industry-standard physical access control panels, peripheral credential readers, and building safety subsystems.

Access Control Panel Integration

The turnstile chassis accommodates internal controller integration, providing dedicated mounting and wiring pathways to interface with leading centralized and networked access controllers:

  • ZKTeco C3 Series: Native integration with multi-door IP-based controllers, including the C3-200 panel.
  • ZKTeco InBio Series: Native hardware support for advanced biometric processing controllers, including the InBio 260 Pro panel.
  • Third-Party Access Controllers: Fully compatible with third-party access control units and PLC trigger outputs utilizing standard dry-contact relay inputs to control bi-directional passage.

Supported Credential Readers and Lid Hardware

The TS2000 Plus supports multiple lid and chassis mounting configurations for multi-factor authentication devices, allowing facilities to deploy RFID, biometric, optical, or manual gate release mechanisms:

  • RFID Proximity Readers: Compatible with under-mount RFID reader installations supporting the ZKTeco ProID Series and KR Series, as well as surface lid options such as the KR800E reader.
  • Biometric Fingerprint Readers: Supports under-mount biometric scanners including the FR1200 and FR1500 modules, along with top-lid reader options like the FR1500S reader.
  • Optical and QR Scanners: Compatible with integrated QR code readers for visitor management and mobile barcode ticketing.
  • Manual and Remote Access: Supports both wired remote control and wireless remote control trigger inputs for manual reception or guard-desk operation.

Motherboard Interfaces and Emergency Life Safety Systems

The core control board of the TS2000 Plus provides dedicated ports and programmable parameters to coordinate turnstile operation with local facility hardware:

  • RS485 Communication: Includes 1x RS485 port for direct bus communication and peripheral parameter telemetry.
  • Fire Alarm Port (Relay Input): Equipped with 1x fire alarm voltage-free contact relay input. Upon receiving an emergency trigger signal or during a complete electrical power outage, the turnstile initiates an automatic drop-arm response to clear the 550 mm passage lane for unrestricted emergency egress.
  • Configurable Operation Modes: On-board logic allows technicians to set door opening duration, configure passage directions (including one-way standard and one-way free), and enable group user memory pass-through modes.

Software Platform and Multi-Lane Deployment

When paired with network-enabled controllers such as the InBio 260 Pro or C3-200, the turnstile integrates directly with ZKBio CVSecurity centralized management software for real-time monitoring, event logging, and anti-passback rule enforcement. For multi-channel pedestrian layouts, the 775 mm (L) x 1100 mm (W) x 980 mm (H) chassis requires a 100 mm installation gap between adjacent turnstile bodies and a 100 mm wall clearance to ensure proper top-lid maintenance access.
