FAQ

What build materials and safety sensor mechanisms are used in the ZKTeco SBTL700?

Answer:
The SBTL700 features a 1.0 mm SUS304 stainless steel chassis, a 1.2 mm SUS201 lid with black baking paint, and acrylic barrier wings. It integrates 6 pairs of infrared sensors for anti-pinch, anti-tailgating, and direction detection along with status LED indicators.

The ZKTeco SBTL700 combines industrial-grade structural materials with active pedestrian detection electronics:

  • Steel Construction: Built with a 1.0 mm SUS304 stainless steel body for corrosion resistance and durability, capped with a 1.2 mm SUS201 stainless steel top lid treated with black baking paint.
  • Safety & Tailgating Prevention: Equipped with 6 pairs of infrared (IR) beam sensors along the channel to track pedestrian passage, prevent unauthorized tailgating, and stop panel closure if a user remains in the lane (anti-pinch).
  • Operation & Signage: Clear acrylic swing barriers allow rapid 0.8-second transit, supported by visual LED direction indicators and emergency mode release.
