Mounting, Wiring, and Hardware Integration Guide for Title IFP75

Deploying the Title IFP75 interactive flat panel into commercial conference rooms, command environments, or smart educational facilities requires structured planning around structural loading, peripheral interface routing, and environmental constraints. The unit measures 1741 mm in width, 1060 mm in height, and 103 mm in chassis depth, with a net hardware weight of 57.5 kg (packaged gross weight 90 kg). Ensure structural wall substructures and load-bearing anchors are engineered to support this load safely before installation.

Mechanical Mounting and VESA Bracket Alignment

The IFP75 chassis utilizes an aluminum and metal plate construction with a black housing finish. The rear panel incorporates an industry-standard VESA mounting pattern of 600 mm x 400 mm utilizing four M8 screw hole attachment points (4-M8).

  • Supplied Wall Mount: Secure the provided wall mount bracket to a flat, vertical load-bearing surface such as reinforced masonry, concrete, or structural wall studs rated for at least 57.5 kg.
  • VESA Fasteners: Fasten the vertical mounting rails to the rear chassis using standard M8 machine screws. Verify that screw depth engages securely within the internal metal chassis threading without bottoming out.
  • Panel Clearance: Maintain adequate perimeter clearance around the 13.3 mm ultra-narrow bezel to allow natural airflow convection across the rear enclosure during continuous operation.

Power Infrastructure and OPS Slot Integration

The unit features an integrated universal internal power supply operating across an input range of AC 100 V to 240 V at 50/60 Hz. Connect the supplied AC power cord to a grounded commercial circuit receptacle.

  • Base Power Consumption: 140 W during standard display panel and Android board operation.
  • Standby Consumption: Less than 0.5 W in standby state.
  • OPS Power Delivery: When expanding the panel with a modular Windows computing unit via the reserved internal OPS slot, total power consumption reaches approximately 200 W. The internal OPS expansion bus provides DC 18V / 5A and DC +5V ±5% direct internal DC power rails. Always ensure the AC main supply is fully disconnected before inserting or removing modular OPS hardware from the slot.

Data, Video Cabling, and Touch Interfacing

The Title IFP75 supports dual-system switching and high-density audio-visual interfacing across peripheral AV matrix switchers, local PCs, and room control systems:

Interface ClassPhysical Port InventoryIntegration Function
Video Inputs3 x HDMI, 1 x DP IN, 1 x VGA IN, 1 x AV IN, 1 x YPbPr INConnects up to 4K Ultra HD video sources and legacy analogue video feeds.
Audio Inputs1 x PC-Audio INPairs 3.5 mm unbalanced analogue PC audio with the VGA input channel.
Video / Audio Outputs1 x HDMI OUT, 1 x AV OUT, 1 x SPDIF OUT, 1 x Audio OUTPassthrough video output and digital/analogue audio feeds to external amplifiers or matrix hardware.
Touch Control & Peripherals2 x Touch-USB, 4 x USB, 1 x USB 2.0 HID StandardRoutes HID-compliant USB 2.0 full-speed touch signals to host PCs without requiring third-party drivers.
Network & Control1 x LAN (RJ45), 1 x RS232CIntegrates hardwired local area network connectivity and serial RS232 automation control strings.

To enable multi-touch interactivity on an external PC (compatible with Windows 7, 8, and 10), connect the computer's display output to an HDMI port and run an accompanying USB cable from the host PC to the corresponding Touch-USB port. The built-in wireless Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas are concealed inside the chassis, avoiding external antenna alignment requirements.

Environmental Operating Limits

Operate the Title IFP75 strictly within controlled indoor parameters to safeguard internal electronic assemblies and infrared multi-touch sensor frames:

  • Operating Temperature: 0°C to +40°C.
  • Operating Humidity: 20% to 80% RH, strictly non-condensing.
  • Accessory Deployment: The packaging includes 1 x Wall Mount bracket, 1 x Power Cord, 1 x Touch Pen, and 1 x Remote Control. If batteries (they are not included) are required for remote operation, install them according to standard polarity markings.
