What housing materials and optical components are used in the Prolite PEL LED LTBL CP?

Answer:
The luminaire housing is fabricated from 22-gauge MS CRCA (cold rolled close annealed) mild steel sheet finished with a white epoxy polyester powder coating. Optical components include chrome-plated reflectors and clear molded ABS / polycarbonate diffusers.

The Prolite PEL LED LTBL CP is engineered for commercial and light industrial deployment, featuring an enclosure manufactured from 22-gauge MS CRCA (mild steel cold rolled close annealed) sheet metal. The exterior surface is treated with an epoxy polyester powder coating in white, providing corrosion resistance and structural durability.

Each twin beam optical head is fitted with clear molded ABS/polycarbonate diffusers designed for impact resistance and clear light transmission. Behind each diffuser, a chrome-plated reflector directs and projects the multi-LED output along emergency escape paths, corridors, stairwells, and high-ceiling egress zones.
