FAQ

What is the coating material and back construction of the Karam Frontier FT405?

Answer:
The Karam FT405 features a black polyurethane (PU) dip over the palm and fingers, matched with an uncoated, breathable back and lint-free black polyester liner.

The Karam Frontier FT405 uses a specialized palm dip construction engineered for precision handling:

  • Coating Type: Polyurethane (PU) applied to the palm and fingers for tactile sensitivity, oil resistance, and dry grip.
  • Coating Color: Black.
  • Liner Construction: 13-gauge lint-free black polyester, preventing fiber shedding in clean assembly or electronics inspection environments.
  • Back Styling: Open, uncoated polyester back that promotes heat dissipation and airflow during extended shifts.

Because the back of the hand remains uncoated for breathability, the glove is not liquid-proof and should not be used for chemical immersion or full liquid dip operations.
