FAQ

How is the Frontier Dominator Barrier deployed and ballasted on site?

Answer:
The barrier links directly to adjacent units using its modular interlocking pin system without ground drilling or permanent fixings. It includes integrated top filling ports and dedicated drain plugs for filling and emptying its 100-litre water ballast during relocation.

The Frontier Dominator Barrier is designed for rapid surface deployment across highways, toll plazas, construction perimeters, and traffic diversion corridors:

  • Modular Interconnection: Each unit aligns with adjacent barriers via built-in interlocking teeth and is pinned through the vertical coupling channel, creating an interconnected temporary or semi-permanent containment run.
  • Ballast Management: Dedicated filling ports allow quick charging up to 100 litres of water ballast on site for impact stability. For rapid redeployment, integrated drain plugs enable fast drainage without tipping or heavy machinery.
  • Surface Compatibility: Functions directly on paved asphalt, compacted subgrades, concrete decks, and industrial yard surfaces without requiring floor anchors or surface penetrations.
