Electrical Wiring and Power Tap Selection
Designed for distributed public address audio networks, the SP-6305TD operates on 100V and 70V constant-voltage speaker lines. The unit features external color-coded lead wires accessible directly from the housing, allowing system integrators to configure input wattage and matching impedance without opening the sealed ABS enclosure:
- Black Lead: Common / Ground connection (COM)
- Red Lead: 330 Ω primary input impedance (delivers 30W on a 100V line / 15W on a 70V line)
- Orange Lead: 500 Ω primary input impedance (delivers 20W on a 100V line / 10W on a 70V line)
- Gray Lead: 1 kΩ (1000 Ω) primary input impedance (delivers 10W on a 100V line / 5W on a 70V line)

Always connect the Black common wire to the amplifier's negative/common terminal. Connect the positive line feed to only ONE selected color-coded tap wire per speaker to match the acoustic zone requirements and prevent line overloading.
