FAQ

What speaker loads and external audio equipment can be connected to the Ahuja TZA-7000?

Answer:
Each zone supports low-impedance 4Ω and 8Ω speaker loads as well as 70V and 100V distributed lines. It also provides dedicated Line Inputs/Outputs for external mixers and booster amplifiers, plus a preamp output for recording devices.

The Ahuja TZA-7000 is built to interface seamlessly with a broad array of professional audio equipment and speaker lines:

  • Loudspeaker Compatibility: Each zone features independent terminal taps for low-impedance 4-ohm and 8-ohm speaker arrays, as well as 70V and 100V constant-voltage commercial line-matching transformer lines.
  • External Mixer & Booster Interfacing: Equipped with dedicated Line Input (1V / 50 kΩ) and Line Output (1V / 1 kΩ) connectors per zone to integrate external mixing consoles or chain additional booster amplifiers.
  • Recording Output: Features a dedicated Preamplifier Output (200 mV / 600 Ω) to route line-level audio to external recording hardware.
  • Microphone & Source Inputs: Provides 6 low-impedance microphone inputs (0.6 mV / 4.7 kΩ) and 2 auxiliary inputs (100 mV / 470 kΩ) alongside Stereo L/R inputs.
