The next phase of our company involves building AI-powered digital coworkers for nearly every department—from Sales and Purchase to Accounts, Customer Support, Technical Coordination, HR, and Operations.
This role will be responsible for helping make that happen.

The Role
This is not a research role.
This is not a machine learning role.
This is not a prompt engineering role.
This is a role for someone who can understand how a business works, identify repetitive and decision-driven workflows, and build AI systems that automate or assist with those workflows.
You will work closely with every department in the company and build AI agents that can:

• Assist employees
• Reduce manual work
• Improve decision-making
• Increase process compliance
• Surface insights from company data
• Automate repetitive operational tasks

If you enjoy figuring out how a company works and then building systems to make it run better, you'll enjoy this role.

What You Will Build
Some examples include:

• Purchase Agent that finds vendors and compares quotations.
• Sales Agent that drafts quotations and follows up on leads.
• Accounts Agent that assists with receivables and payment tracking.
• Technical Support Agent that helps troubleshoot products.
• Inventory Agent that predicts shortages and suggests procurement.
• Customer Support Agent that drafts responses and assists ticket resolution.
• Management Agent that analyzes company data and recommends actions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis

• Understand workflows across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and repetitive activities.
• Translate business processes into automation opportunities.

Agent Development

• Build AI-powered agents using leading LLM platforms.
• Develop retrieval systems and business knowledge bases.
• Design multi-step agent workflows.

Workflow Automation

• Create workflows using:
  • n8n
  • Zapier
  • APIs
  • Webhooks
  • Internal ERP integrations

AI Platform Integration
Work with APIs from:

• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• Google Gemini
• DeepSeek
• Mistral
• Other emerging AI providers

Data & Knowledge Systems

• Build company knowledge bases.
• Create RAG systems.
• Organize structured and unstructured data for AI consumption.

Internal Product Development

• Work closely with ERP and Portal developers.
• Build AI capabilities into:
  • ERP
  • B2B Portal
  • Internal dashboards
  • Operational systems

What We're Looking For
We care much more about capability than credentials.
Formal education is welcome, but not mandatory.
A candidate who has built impressive systems independently may be a better fit than someone with multiple degrees.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of APIs.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar LLM APIs.
• Experience building automation workflows.
• Experience with n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Understanding of RAG architectures.
• Basic understanding of vector databases.
• Understanding of prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
